When clients book online or in-store, it's important for them to receive automatic confirmation messages or reminders. This can be setup in the 'Client Notifications' tab under 'Settings'. Your staff members can also receive reminders as to when they've been booked as well. This can be done under the 'Staff' tab when you're setting up their profile.
