By programming a First Aid or CPR class in BookSteam, you're immediately allowing your clientele to book online, schedule their own courses or classes, and take control over their account. This saves time on your end as you don't have to be the middle man anymore. Let us take care of that for you.
Schedule courses if you're offering certifications or program a class if not all sessions are required. You can also easily manage who is attending your classes by selecting the class in the calendar view and navigating to the 'Clients' tab in the pop-up window.
Courses are also great because in most cases clients will have to pay for all sessions up front to ensure their spot. This will ultimately increase your sales and provide retention in terms of your clients.
You can also establish policies or booking rules for clients by visiting the the 'Preferences' section under 'Settings'. Once you're in 'Preferences' scroll to 'Class Rules' or 'Course Rules' and customize when clients can cancel, reschedule or book online.
Adding a promotion to your course or class is a great way to entice people to sign-up. You can easily manage and create your promotions by visiting the 'Sales' tab and then traveling to the 'Promotions' section. Here, you can establish your own type of promotional strategy to boost the results of registration.
