It's been a tremendous year for BookSteam. We've seen exponential growth in terms of our business, clientele, updates, and so much more. We're looking forward to 2020 as we have many new updates in store. We've been listening to your feedback and are in the process of creating some new and exciting features that will increase your booking experience in the upcoming year.

As we consider ourselves an extension of your business, we understand that it's extremely important to stay competitive with the market. In 2019, we ensured we focused on introducing courses, mobile/remote services, customized client information fields, client tags for easy identification, and website changes.


Workshops and Courses

Workshops and courses being our biggest launch of 2019, we took it upon ourselves to ensure that this new feature was top of line and competitive with the market.

Mobile Service
Businesses can now acquire client's address at the time of the booking with mobile scheduling.

Custom Client Information Fields
Administrators can now customize client information fields and re-arrange their order.

Client Tags
Include an identifier (like a keyword) that you can add to a client’s profile in order to organize or sort your clients.

Website Development
Various bug fixes and system improvements.
