Book Group Services or Enable Multiple Services
You can easily group services together for clients, which ultimately allows you to advertise more services to your customers and boost your sales with only one person. Set this up by going to 'Settings' > 'Services' and then click on 'Add New Service Group'. Then program the service group in your calendar by adding a new appointment and then select 'Created Service Group' for the booking. The services will then appear in the same order.
Clients can also book multiple services within one visit, which will then appear as one individual appointment in the BookSteam calendar. You can set this up by going to 'Settings' > 'Scheduling Rules' and under 'Multiple Services' turn on 'Enable Multiple Service Bookings'.
Client Accounts
When clients book online, they're asked to create an account via BookSteam. This account is free and helps customers manage previous and upcoming bookings. They can also cancel or reschedule bookings making it more convenient for everyone.
Clients can also receive confirmation, reminder and follow-up messages once their appointment has been booked online. This ultimately will help reduce the amount of no-shows by keeping your business busy with appointments.
Book Instantly
As it's online, your services are always available to book; anytime and anywhere. Making it more convenient for your customers. It also speaks to more millennials as they would rather book online rather than call in to schedule a hair appointment.
With BookSteam, you can also enable the 'Time Zone' feature for international clients. This feature allows clients to book appointments in their local time from anywhere around the world.

Coordinate Rooms or Chairs being Used for Different Services

This feature allows the receptionist or salon owner to see or filter through all of the reserved chairs in case of any last minute appointments. Program this feature by navigating to 'Settings' > 'Resources' and then select 'Add new resource' to setup individual rooms or chairs. This way, your business will stay consistent and organized.
