We are excited to announce the release of our new (the most requested) feature "Packages". With "Packages", you are able to group and bundle up multiple services and/or classes together that can be purchased by customers in advance, often at discounted prices.
For instance, your business might sell a prepaid package consisting of: 5 x laser therapy sessions, 10 x piano class lessons, 5 x of any service sessions and 15 x of any service and any class sessions. After the package purchase, whenever customer books an appointment (for example, 1 laser therapy session), BookSteam will automatically redeem 1 of their prepaid credits.
Highlights:
- Select any combinations (services, classes or both).
- Add package categories.
- Add package tax rate.
- Set package validity term and expiration date.
- Set redemption window, where customers will be able to book purchased package visits only on specific dates.
- A set number of available packages that can be purchased.
- Manually assign and redeem package credits with your clients.
- Automatically restore package visit credits if a client cancels their booking within a set time frame.
- Add SKU number to easily track packages.
