When a client books online they are asked to provide a valid email address to create a unique profile (where they can view, cancel or reschedule their bookings). 

Sometimes the same client may end up with duplicate profile records because they signed up multiple times using different email addresses. 

When that occurs, you can simply merge duplicate profiles into one account. All data (booking history, notes, packages and gift certificates) will be combined as well. 

Navigate to the 'Clients' tab, select duplicate client profile and click 'Merge' button.

To customize your booking page, navigate to the Marketing > Look and Feel tab.

To preview your changes click the 'Preview mini webpage' button or simply refresh your already opened scheduling link.

To save your changes click 'Save' button.
