We are thrilled to announce the release of our new mobile admin interface. Business administrators and staff members can now manage bookings on their mobile devices.


Do I need to download a specific app?

The advantage of this new mobile interface is that there is nothing to download or install! On your mobile device, simply launch your web browser and visit BookSteam Login page (or https://m.booksteam.com/Login.aspx directly). BookSteam will automatically detect the type of device you are using and optimize the interface accordingly.

How to add BookSteam to your iPhone home screen

1. Login inside your mobile account. Select the "Share" icon located at the bottom (looks like a square with an arrow going upwards.

2. Select the "Add to Home Screen" icon.

3. Enter your link button name, for example BookSteam and click "Add".

How to add BookSteam to your Android phone

1. Open mobile chrome browser and login inside your BookSteam account.

2. In a upper right corner click settings (three vertical dots).

3. Select "Add to Home screen".

4. Add/Edit your title and click "add".

And you're done.

Note: This example is based on mobile chrome browser, instructions might be different for other android browsers.

How to switch back to desktop full version

1. From your mobile dashboard, click menu (three horizontal lines).

2. Select "Full Site". You will be redirected to the desktop version.

Note: To switch back from desktop version to the mobile version, click your account name (in the upper right hand corner) and select "Mobile Version".

Constant Contact is one of the best email marketing platforms out there. Connect with your existing or potential clients with ease by sending them beautiful emails or newsletters. When you're ready to send your email via constant contact, follow these steps below:

1. Log in into your BookSteam account, navigate to the "Marketing" tab, select "Mini Webpage" on the left hand side and copy your scheduling page URL link.

1. Log in into your Constant Contact account, if you do not have one you can start your FREE trial here.

3. On the left hand side, under "Blocks", drag a "Button" block to your email template.

4. Select "Edit this block" icon and double click on the text in the block.

5. Edit "Text to display as link:" to your likings, paste your scheduling page URL link from step 1 and click the "Insert" button.

And you're done! Professional looking email ready to be sent to your clients.

6. If you would like to add just the scheduling text link instead of the button, highlight the text you wish to turn into a scheduling link and click "Insert Link" icon.

7. "Insert Link" window will popup, paste your scheduling page URL link from step 1 and click the "Insert" button.
